DIOR X HYPEBEAST

Overview

Fvckrender teamed up with Hypebeast for a stunning visual series celebrating Christian Dior’s futuristic collaboration with Japanese legend Hajime Sorayama. The campaign featured surreal 'security camera' footage-style loops of liquid chrome, designed to complement the sleek, cybernetic aesthetic of the fashion line. Set against the backdrop of a towering Sorayama robot centerpiece, the visuals supported a collection that merged cutting-edge fashion with retro-futurist artistry.

Approach

The creative direction leaned heavily into futurism, mirroring the metallic textures and robotic forms seen in the garments and stage design. Using Cinema4D and Octane, Fvckrender crafted a series of looping chrome simulations—designed to feel like surveillance from another dimension, equal parts voyeuristic and hyper-stylized.

The visuals echoed the reflective surfaces of the Sorayama-inspired garments, building a digital environment that elevated the entire presentation. By abstracting liquid chrome through the lens of simulated surveillance, we created a visual language that felt both futuristic and fashion-forward, seamlessly bridging the worlds of tech, art, and couture.
